Hornitos black barrel is not one of my favorites. The nose however is decidedly tequila with black pepper vanilla and roasted agave mixed in with old oak. As previously mentioned with the black label comes a common theme a sleek and bold bottle that screams powerful.

Its spicy with notes of vanilla oak agave which is a pretty tempting combination. I am not a fan of whiskey so for me hornitos black barrel was not the best option.
